I am really confused about PE, its just a mystery the hole thing. Why is
it so hard to gain? Its just so sensitive yet its not, because it can heal back very quickly.
So what is up here?
Don't get it, I have a hell trying to gain. Been doing PE for 1 1/2 years now, and the only
gain is 0.5 inches girth, seriously what the hell is wrong here? I burn fat quickly, and I have a
thin body. I do stretch exercises every time during my routine but have not seen any bigger
change on the length. I'm starting to think I have an impossible penis and think that
some penis cannot gain even how much you try, even though I have gained, it goes soo slow.
Could I Have reached my max?
My theory is that some people heal wounds very fast, I have such a body, perhaps it tends to heal
faster than it has time to grow? Or am I totaly lost here. In respect to this observation, perhaps
I should do a different routine?
I do focus primarily on girth, is 0.5 girth normal for 1 1/2 years? So for 3 years I add 1 inch girth,
my god... and lands on 5.80.
Switched from 2 on 1 off in the beginning of this week, strange part my dick feels smaller.
Have any of you guys felt flaccid loss when switching 5 on 2 off to 2 on 1 off?
I think gaining from PE is really tricky, there must be a way to solve this.
I guess we are all different, but its really hard to get a hang of it, knowing what to
do when to do it, how much, how little, how often... Getting to know your body
is really really tricky, at least the penis which in all is a pretty mysterious fella.
Any tips, how we can get to know our dick and how it acts?
My Routine: PE for 1 1/2 years
Warmup hot shower over zink 14-15 min
Stretching all directions 10 min
Jelking(combinded with squeezes and supras) 25 min
Warmdown with ricesock 10-20min
I'll see what happens after this weekend(Friday and Saturday) with 2 days off on
my 2 on 1 on week schedule.

I never felt flaccid lost after switching from 5 on 2 off to 2 on 1 off because I use bed fowfers to help increase my flaccid state.

Maybe it's time to try something new like hanging or an extender.

first off the penis does not grow. you break the tissue down when you exercise it, and over the night and on your days off it heals, but when it heals it fills in the micro tears you put in it and thats how your dick gets bigger. so you want to be a fast healer. that means you can have more on days then off. the only reason we take days off is bc you have to have time to rest and heal. second, you need to look up the TGC theory in the theories and science forum on here. this is a must read for anyone PEing. it will help you find your limiting factor and help you focus your workout to that. you might be working out the wrong way. everyones dick is diff and should have a workout customized to that one person. what works for one person might not work for the next. The TGC theory will open your eyes and help you break through any walls you might have run into. i stoped gaining a few months ago and re read the theory and realized my limiting factor changed, so i changed my routine around and in less than two weeks i was gaining again and fast it seems. its all about how you can read your dick, know when to change it up, but doing it the right way. i am a junior member here but thats bc i finally decided to join. i've been doing this for 10 months now and have been reading about pe for years now. the more you read on here and other forums, the more you will understand, and the better your workout will be. hope this helped man.START 8/1/10:

What really helped me out was adding edging and bed fowfers! I would definitely add them to your routine and give em a go!

maybe you should take a week off and stick with 2 on 1 off like you have moved too for a while. I am not sure but maybe you have over trained by going 5 on, not everybody gains from that and it may have been too much for you weener.
147 may be correct as well, maybe youll respond to extending, I would cut down my jelques and reall focus more on stretching, you have gained an inch in girth and thats bad ass so dont work for that for a while. Try throwing in some bundled stretches along with a-stretches and do 100 sisde to sides for a a couple sets.
If changing up still provides no results I would consult Big Al and think about his program, I would go there if I had issues gaining, hes a professional wang grower after all, good luckGoing an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

You need more rest days ,dont work out more then 4 days a week 3 days is perfect .
after the beginner routine i have gained 0.5+ inches of girth in 3 months .

I have done a few days of and it's feels better. Like my flaccid is not big like working days but
the erect size have not changed that much. Still bigger than before at least. I will go for three days
on now, could be I have done 5 on for to long. Like well a year or more. And been pulling it
extensively, which as not given me any injuries, but I guess I have not gain because of this.

It takes a lot of experience to truly get to know your dick. Look back from when you began, now think how much you've learned about PE and your own dong. It just takes time to really become one with your wang.
Have you taken a de-con break? Even a short (1-2 week) decon break can help restart gains. Take a break, come back with a little lighter routine, and work your way back up.

I think you have exhausted your gains on your current routine, if you have been doing it for 1.5 years, you should probably amp things up a bit. After 1.5 years of jelqing I think you should have been around 1 hour or so, depending on how your penis likes it, and you yourself. Of course you will have to climb slowly towards that time, but still.
FG: 4.25" +0.45
FL: 5.19" +0.69
EG: 4.75" +0.45
BPFSL: 7.69" +1.58
NBPEL: 7.25" +1.19
