I am brand new to PE, I've just done my first five days of JPs' beginners routine and I'm now on my first of two days off.
I've been reading so many of the posts on these forums with so much support and good nature I decided it was time for me to make myself an account!
The question I want to ask is, will I achieve my goal?
I'm in no rush to achieve it but how long will it take me?
I am currently BPEL = 7"
with a girth of 5.3"
and a EL of 6.75"
please correct me if I'm wrong with my terminology! remember I'm new!
my long term goal is to be between 8.5" to 9"...is this goal a bit much? how long will it take me to achieve this?
I'm going to carry on the 3 months of JP and then see how I get on
I'm looking forward to making friends that I can support and can support me in achieving our goals!

it is possible to acieve your goals, some however gain moe than others and there is no way to tell how long it will take you. Wish I had a better answer but I wanted to give you th etrue answer, some have gained an inch in less than 6 months and others have worked at it for a year and not gained thier first inch yet. Welcome to the gym and i wish you success.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

1.5'-2' isnt an unrealistic goal but i would say make a more short term goal of around .25'-.5' inches and see how long it takes you to get there that way you could maybe estimate how long your long term goal would take.best luck
short term goal:nbpel 9.5'in
long term goal: 10'in
total gain from start of routine: 1.25"in
