Ok so first of all i apologize for making this thread that's been done so much but i don't have a comp and for some reason the search function doesn't work on my phone. So i hare to bee so needy but i was hoping someone wouldn't mind listing how to do different stretches luke mandingo stretches ir any good length exercises / routines. Im in my 11th week of jos and length gains stopped, all i want is another half inch!!
