Hi all,
I have only started PE this year and began at the end of February. I have been Following everything Aaron Kemmers book to the letter (obviously applying it to my own situation adapting as needed). My starting statistics were 6.75 length bone pressed and 5.25 girth. So far my penis health seems to have improved, but gains appear to be slow. I am exercising on alternate days at the moment, but try to fit at least 4 workouts in a week. I believe I can improve my gains with more advice though. Any help would be much appreciated.

Finally. I thought I was alone on this. I have been doing PE for 10 months. I didn't gain anything for about 5-6 months(.25" BPEL).BTW we started out at the same length but you have me beat in girth(4.9") now 5" MEG. I haven't seen a cosistant BPEL increase since.I don't know what I am doing wrong or maybe I am the rare case that just won't enlarge? Thinking about giving it a break for a while. I am about 4 weeks in with an extender and would like to give it some more time hopeing for results. If you get some good info please pass it on.

Someone on here said that it took them 2 YEARS to get any sort of gains. My only guess is that you should try another type of jelqing exercise. What might work for some won't work for others, so be careful.
