I've honestly been trying to do the JPs program for 3 years now, but i'm never consistent...I can't even do a 3 mth 5 day program for the life of me, been trying for years. I sometimes get 2-3 weeks, then I stop for 2 mths so I go back to square one..couple weeks then stop. I'm way too busy usually working all day and night. At night though, i'm usually at home working in my office...so my question, is it possible to do another routine for PE which doesn't really require manual intervention...for example bibs hangers which I was looking into or something similar? I also want to ensure it's a very safe routine as well...don't want to cause injury.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

You can try using an extender. Other devices and methods like hanging usually require you to get conditioned to PE, and since you're having issues with getting the JP90 routine done, it's obviously pretty difficult to do that. Extenders are pretty easy, work, and you can have them on even while you're working and doing other things. Say you wear one for 5 hours a day for 30 weeks or so, that could be one inch of growth with very little effort.

If you can't keep up with a routine buy an extender.

When I don't have time for a full PE routine, I just do this quick shower routine.
30 second stretches every way 3x each way
50 jelqs to finish up
Works for me when I'm in a pinch for time but want/need to get some PE in!To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

True...I like the manual methods like JPs..but on weeks where I don't have too much time, I wouldn't mind throwing an alternate routine in and I like the extender idea. I'm assuming the extender pretty much only does length increase...no girth gains, correct?
