A few years ago I got into martial arts and read a lot about increasing flexibility for kicks. I read a book called "Isometric Stretching" (I'm pretty sure it was this book) where apart from all the info on isometric stretching the author said that he would do dynamic stretches in the morning and this would allow him to kick at maximum flexibility at any time throughout the day. It sounded as if these morning dynamic stretches "unlocked" his flexibility for the rest of the day.
So I was just wondering if anyone thinks that doing morning dynamic stretches for the penis would have a similar effect? Maybe it would maximize flaccid size for the rest of the day?
