Hey everyone, I would like someone to help me design a routine. I have been dabbling around with PE for about a week and a half now, working 2 days then resting one day. The thing is, I really just do whatever exercises I can think of. I usually do regular stretches, helicopter stretches, tunica tugs (Heard good things about these), and dry jelqs (I used to wet jelq, but I could never maintain an erection while doing them.)
I am mainly in for more length. Currently, my NBPEL is 5.2". I am trying to get to 5.6" as a short term goal. My EG is 4.8", I am trying to get that to 5".
So the routine I am hoping someone can help me design should focus on length, but not completely leave girth out of the picture.
I do warm up (And down SOMETIMES, I know this is bad and plan to ALWAYS warm down starting today.). I find that I have a hard time maintaining an erection while doing wet jelqs, FYI.
I believe my LOT is high, or maybe I'm incorrect. (I pull straight up and I feel the tug)

Whatever your routine is I think you should make sure your penis is conditioned enough for it so injury is minimal. Tunica tugs aren't recommended because you've just started.
You should try to look at JP's 90 day routine (3 months).
If not that then try PESG's routine and if you haven't already then read his success story
If you're trying to create you're own I would start on the beginner exercises. If you're trying to achieve an increase in length do beginner exercises which target length. If you're trying to achieve an increase in girth then do beginner exercises which target the girth. When your penis has become conditioned (I would say after 3 months just like JP said) you can move onto the intermediate exercises and then onto the more advanced ones. Try to do exercises which target both the length and girth rather then focus on one aspect. Why not?
Best of luck!A wise man learns from the mistakes of others, an idiot learns from his own.

Woah there. Slow down. Don't worry too much about the specifics at the moment. You should be focusing on completing a beginner routine like JP90 to condition yourself before you consider any advanced exercises such as tunica tugs. If you just do 'any exercise you can' you will just end up injuring yourself.
I warm up and warm down every session - injury prevention is very important to me. As for the wet jelqs, that is odd. For most people it is the opposite...
If you pull straight up and fell a tug that is not your LOT. Your LOT is where you don't feel the tug back.Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"

Thanks for all thefast replies. I guess I got excited and completely forgot how working out works lol. You can't jump into bench pressing 145lbs without ever first doing a pushup.
I think I will today start on JP's routine, unless someone thinks there is a better beginning routine?
