Im now on my fourth week of the JP90 routine. So to start off id like to explain my journey. For the first three weeks, i did the usual jp90 routine. Basic stretching, wet jelqs, v jelqs, and warm downs. I removed the kegals because i also have a pre-e problem to deal with unfortunately. I would also edge three times a week for pre-e purposes.
So as the three weeks went by, I did a lot of research on the forum as wells as posting questions for any problems i may have. When i figured out how to correctly jelq and push the blood up i starting making progress. I noticed a change in my EQ and was very excited about it. I also realized that my flaccid looked thicker than usual and hung longer. I did more research and stumbled upon the tunica tugs. I incorporated that into this weeks schedule for 2-3 minutes for each on day.i felt that it was very effective so i continued to do it.Not sure if that was the right move because im still a beginner, so i hope someone corrects me.
So coming to the whole point of this post, yesterday afternoon, i started my PE session. At the end i decided i would do an edging session. While edging, i noticed that my EQ has improved by a lot. There was so much blood it was fully engorged and twitching i would say because of all the blood it held. My girth was so much more than what i started. I started at 4.9 and when i was looking at it, it seemed as if it were 5.3. The girth gains made it seem like i lost length. I have never seen my penis like that before, so i figured all this PE is working out for me. I finished my edging session and just went on with the day.
This afternoon, i noticed that my flaccid was not hanging as much. In my head i panicked and thought i had a hard flaccid. It was stiff and did not hang loosely through out the whole day. What confused me was that, even though my flaccid was hard, it was thicker than usual and almost the same length as my normal flaccid. Im not sure what could have caused this. I posted earlier talking about the hard flaccid and another member replied saying if i can have a full erection im fine. So i pulled up some porn, and yes my erection was fine. So now im confused. Is there something wrong with me? Am i injured? Do i need to modify my routine? As im currently typing this message, my flaccid went back to normal but looks thicker than usual just not hard. What do i do? Ive noticed gains but ive also experienced a hard flaccid. I came to conclude that my Edging after the PE session might have been too much which might have caused this. Please help

You may have overtrained.
Shouldn't have added in the TT's. They make stretching a good bit more intense.
Take a few days off and see how it is.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

thanks. Yea im gonna take a break. I did not realize that tunica tugs was going to make the routine more intense. Im gonna take three days off and see how things go.
As for tunica tugs, would it be fine after i finish the 90 day routine? I feel like the tunica tugs was a big factor in my girth gains in a span of only one week. But if im not yet fully conditioned im willing to wait
