For guys doing the Lazy Ass Stretch. Normally you would reach behind and between your legs to grab your unit using the natural position of an underhand grip to pull it between your legs. Instead turn your gripping hand over and use an overhand grip. You will find that you can give a substantially better pull when positioning your bad boy underneath your butt. At the same time use your other hand in front to push down at the top half of your base to make sure you have maximum pull and push. Finally, leaning forward just as you are about to sit down will add even a little more tension to your stretch.

Same here. I just grab however I seem to get the best pull... oddly enough it varies for me.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
