Thread: Jelquing Directly After Hanging

Curious as to what some of you may think about this. I'm planning on adding approx. 10-20 min. of wet jelquing immediately after finishing my 1 hr. hanging session. Seems to me that this would be an opportune time to force more blood into the freshly stretched tissues. It of course would be good for recirculating blood after being in stretched position, but think it may aid in growth too. Thoughts? Thanx!

I would rather concentrate it on circulating blood and follow an extended hanging session with a few short alternated sets of jelqing and edging... now that you have me thinking about it, it would be more like hang for 1 hour, jelq 5 mins, clamp 5 mins, jelq 5 mins, edge 5 mins (or more depending on how you think you can handle it). I wouldnt do this every day but I would try to work it in on a day before your off day(s) so your little guy can be fully trained and have adequate time to recover.
