Experts, I need your advice regarding my routine.

During Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays I wear the extender for 4-5 hours on the evening.
while at night, here is my routine. I could only do this at night coz I'm busy during the day:
5 minutes warm up
3 sets of stretching behind the cheeks, downward, left, right, forward, upward and rotary (30 seconds each stretch)
20 minutes hanging (6lbs) downward
3 minutes warm up again (to restore blood from hanging)
20 minutes jelq
3 sets of 5 minutes clamping

While during Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays I do that routine twice; one in the morning then one in the night. Then I wear the extender for 5-6 hours on the evening.

Is that a good routine? Any comments are welcome
