Thread: Summertime difficulties

So as we all know the summer is here and more of us are going on vacations and PE is not really an option. Some break from PE is actually pretty healthy and good for your gains but this is only an option if u are going on the beach or camping in the mountains for 10 days. But unfortunately there are some people (like me) that will not be able to perform their routines for 1 or 2 months which is not very good, especially if u haven't cemented your gains. So here are some things that I was thinking about and I am sure that I will try this summer. The goal here will be EQ and not loosing any gains:
1. Focus on stamina. Kegels and reverse kegels will be very important because u can do them where ever u are and at any time. IMPORTANT - Keep kegeling every other day. Every day PC muscle work can still exhaust your muscle even though u are not doing an intense routine. The second exercise for stamina and especially harder and lasting longer erections will be the Towel Raises. You can combine them with edging in the shower so that they are not done as extra work. Just masturbate and when u are fully erect start kegeling (you won't even need the towel, because u can just push down your penis with your hands and achieve the needed resistance).
The third exercises will be the reverse towel raises. Again I came up with u method which will not take an extra time of your day. When u get a morning wood instead of just lying there and waiting for it to go ---> do the raises. Again use your hands for resistance.
IMPORTANT: Do not do more that 100 towel raises and more than 5 minutes of kegeling. After all we are aiming for harder and healthier penis, not a sleepy and exhausted one.
2. jelqing.I thought about this and let's face it no matter how busy you are u can still find 5 to 10 minutes for jelqing. Why I think jelq is very important for the long summer vacation? Well if you do not do any work you are risking your gains. It is not the first time we hear about a person who has lost up to 0.5 inch due to illness and not doing minor PE work. Also jelqing is the best PE exercise u can do because it targets girth and length at the same time. ULIs, squeezes and so on are not really an option, especially if u haven't warmed up.
3.Basic stretching. 1 or 2 sets of basic stretching will be more than enough to cement your length gains. Again this could be done right after the reverse towel raises. After your erection is gone start doing the stretches. Tunica tugs, blasters and so on are not really good without warming up. You can add some JAI stretches every time u go to the bathroom.
4.Bed fowfers. Every night that u are falling asleep alone u can do it while doing a fowfer. This exercise is great because it works on your flaccid length and helps your friend heal quicker and grow stronger.
So this are my thoughts. I am pretty sure that I am not the only one in this situation so I decided to share my opinion with you. Any response would be appreciated and you can also give me your thoughts and ideas.Here is a list of the exercises mentioned:

This sounds pretty good but don't forget the warm up/down. Also the people going on vacation for a week or two can also use that time as a vacation for their little guy but for like you that'll be gone for a month or more, take the first 2 or 3 weeks of as a resting period that way you can recondition your penis with a light routine that you can do in the shower or throughout the day like you mentioned above.
I'm sure it'll be possible to find time for a 30-40 minute routine and it won't have to be done everyday or even every other day so you won't have to worry about losing any gains

Will deconditioning routine help with further gains when I restart again in September? Do u have any personal experiences about this. I am searching for solutions to my girth plateau.PE is an amazing experience, an incredible obsession, a builder of confidence and a changer of lives!

Taking a complete break for a few weeks will helps your gains and fix your plateau. I haven't had any personal experience but I just saw a thread about someone who took 6 weeks off and he's going to start to build his way up to his old routine.
Your little guy needs a good resting period and a few weeks of nothing will do a whole lot of good. I'm going to take a week off after August 17th if my gains slow down but I have a feeling that won't happen.If you don't want to date me - that's fine, I get that, but you're wrong and I hate you.
