    5 min warm up
    1 min helicopter shake
    10 mins of stretching in all directions
    1 min helicopter shake
    50 Dry jelqs
    1 min helicopter shake
    5 min warm down.
    Re-Start 2 mos GOAL
    NBP 16.9 17.4 19.5
    BP 18.5 19.4 21
    EG 14.6 14.7

    Well it is not too intense and it should do well but have you looked in the beginner forum sticky threads yet. ther are several proven beginner routines there to choose from including the JP90 day routine.https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...y-threads.html

      Looks ok to me, however you might want to extend you warm up time.

      I agree with Bigo, look into the JP90 routine. It worked well for me
      Just hanging around as usual :)

          This will be a good routine that you can do for a few weeks to condition your penis and get it ready for a routine such as https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html. I went straight into JP 90 and I wish I took a week or to just to do some light stretching and jelqing, kinda like what you have here. It still gave me great gains though and it usually does for a lot of men that stick to and are dedicted to the routine.

          Just don't hurt yourself by jumping into something that your penis isn't ready for. Less is More when it comes to the begginning stages of PE and a lot of members don't realize that until a few months in.
