Just finished JPs 90 day routine and I gained .5 in length and .2 in girth! This stuff actually works
I finished it about 2 weeks ago and now my new routine and is.....
10-15 minute warm up
All angle stretches 30-45 sec. Holds 3 sets
Tunics tugs 2 sets
100 low erection jelqs
Ulis 3 sets
Warm down 5-10 minues
Same as first but I only do 75 jelqs and add some edging
I do 2 days on 1 off
My new routine I can already see a little bit of gains!

Awesome, great job! Isn't it amazing to measure and see the bigger numbers?
I like your routine, similar to what I did for a while but I didn't do the warm down. I just didn't think it added much.

Wow you're very lucky!! congrats! I wish I'll have some length gains too.
I have 2 questions:
1. What is Uli?
2. When you do 2 sets of tunica tugs - how long you hold each set?

Sets of tunica tugs should be done in 30 seconds like any other stretch. Eventually you can lengthen the time like you would for a normal stretch.
