    ok so I need some help with my girth:/ my problem is that my girth at the base of my penis is thicked than mid shaft and just beneth the glands! my measurements are:

    base erect girth: 4.8"
    mid-shaft erect girth: 4.5"
    just belowbthe glands: 4.3"

    now this totally sucks so my question is how can I fix thos and even it out a little more guys? I cant do jelqus:/ I did then during the jp routine and I continued with them for two montha after and I only got negative effects. I was doing correct technique and correct grip pressure and erecrion levels. but for some reason my penis does not agree with the jelqu lol

    so what can I do guys? please as many replys as possible, I need all your wisdom!

    I imagine Uils would help with this but they are an advanced exercise with potential for injury if not done correctly or if you are not conditioned for them.

    Girth can be tough to improve for some people. Those measurements are about what mine are currently. I have gained about 1/2 an inch girth in almost 3 years. Once you are conditioned you can try different exercises such as squeezes, ULI, supraslammers, etc. My recommendation is once you are able to start doing these, use one exercise for an extended period of time, maybe 3 months and check the progress.

    thanks guys! i.dont know.if my.girth is tough to imporve yet because I havent really tried. after I didnt get any gains with the jp I made my own focusing on length where I have seen some gains! can I still continue to do my length routine and add a girth section ? or would this mess my gains up?

    I would keep focusing on length then, add one quick girth exercise after the length routine. Once you reach your length goals, then start to transition to girth.

    If you're going to work for girth you need to do a 20 minute warm up. Do jelqs first and go slow on your strokes (5 seoconds). Are you still doing V jeqls? Those are meant strictly for girth gains

    ULI's are an advanced excercise but if you plan on doing them do only a few reps (3) for no more than 20-30 seconds. Always make sure to use a light grip.

    Do you plan on keeping the same routine or changing it up? What's the routine?

    so wuld you suggest just doing 3 ulis after my length routine? and if I did the ulis like this would it maximise girth increases to the top end of my penis:

    get a full errection,

    grip at the base nd squeese,

    then squeeze the grip a quater of the way,up the shaft,

    then hold there for 30-60 seconds.

    hey raider,

    my lngth routine at the moment is:

    10min fowfer warm up,

    stretches: forward, up, left, and right. 10 seconds each, 4sets.

    main session:
    20 jai stretches
    1 tunica tug for 45 seconds
    bundled stretche both directions, 30 seconds each.

    repeat main session 4 times.

    helecopter swings with a few dry jelqs followes.my kegels and reverse kegels.

    is this a good.routine for length? it has worked so far but would you suggest anything different?
