    You're 5 months in meaning your conditioned to do more experienced exercises. You should look into tunica tugs, ulis, etc. Search around and find some exercises that fits you best! Just don't give up!!!!!

      Do you do a warm up before your stretches? Also are you edging at all?

          yo roy, i've been jelqing since november. I would do all my PE workouts in the shower because I was up at school and had a roomate since I lived in the dorms. I never saw any gains even though I was fairly consistant. Well in May school ended and I came home for the summer, I started jelqing with a lube but not in the shower, and I don't know if that helped or what but recently I noticed a little increase of almost 1/4". I am 110% posistive of this gain, and trust me when I say my dick definitely grew.

          I have to say, I think jelqing dry with just a lube helped, and I jelqed at 50% or higher erection rate. Never warmed up or down, just jelqed for 10mins or so whenever my penis felt like it could take it. I probably took 1-2 days off per week. I stopped for 3 weeks recently but I'm back at it now.

          I'm a firm believer that if you keep jelqing and force blood throughout the penis, it will grow. Just my 2 cents and story, I'm convinced

            hey man i think you should increase to 200 jelqs and 100 v jelqs at least ; after then try fowfers... and i'm pretty sure you could move throught different and more effective exercises. i nothing of that is working buy a penis extender.

                    try adding more stretches and see if length will respond, sometimes you just gotta experiment , I dont know how much stretching you so so its hard to help you out here but 100 jelques and 50 V jelques is not an intense workout. Some do well with less is more and others need to do more, I would change it up, you have done it for 5 months so your conditioned.
                    Look in the exercises and try a new one for a month.

                      Try Uli's and consider using a device to do it. If you only want girth.

                      Obviously your routine is not intense enough to deform your tissues...assuming you have rock hard hard ons...(I assume that is the case as it sounds like you are college age).

                          Get the Uli device and crank the heck out of it. Follow some routines of the girth gainers. I'm planning on that after Im done hanging some day.

                          You have lots of time to try different things. Just dont give up. That will absolutely not result in gains.
