Wicked long-lasting flaccid. My routine will now consist of 20 minute rice sock warmup,2-300 jelqs, 8-10 Supra Slammers thrown in at various times throughout, 15 minute rice sock warm down. After that I will be working my way up to 20 minutes of erect Bathmate. After the shower on goes the RoP for the rest of the day. I think with the addition of the Bathmate to my RoP healing time will be sped up considerably and flaccid hang will be stellar. Today was the first time with this routine and I feel great!

I hope you've been PEing longer than you've been a member here, as that's not exactly a beginner routine.

Thanks or the concern fellas! Today marks exactly 4 1/2 months of dedicated PE with 2 months of getting comfortable before that. When I do my Supra Slammers I pay very close attention and so far my PIs have been great. I had a close call early on (I tried squeezes way to early because the other forum I joined said they were a beginner exercise) which taught me to be very careful.
On a side note I used to think warmups were pointless until I had a real one with a rice sock. Man was I wrong! Its like night and day.pterodactyl
