  • girth routine comments suggestions????

    I am getting ready to start a girth focused program, and through my reading I have came up with this routine and I was just looking for some feedback before I start.

    Warm up: very hot shower--15 minutes
    Tunics tugs(I'm not sure of time..help please)
    Bathmate (10 minutes)
    Jelqing (150 to 200 reps)
    Ulis (5 @ 30 sec each...1 minutes break in between)
    And maybe horse squeezes (5 @ 30)

    Any comments or criticism is appreciated...this is the first time I've strayed to far from just stretching and jelqing.
    Starting stats: Dec 2010
    NBPEL: 7" BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 5"

    Current stats: 5/31/2011
    NBPEL: 7.75" BPEL: 8.25" BEG: 5.5" MEG: 5.25" FL: 5"-6"(varies)

    Please be careful with Ulis and Horse Squeezes and don't forget to warm down =)

      Plan for week
      Day 1: workout as stated above
      Day 2: edge for at least 30 min.
      Day 3: off
      Day 4: workout
      Day 5: edge
      Day 6: off
      Day 7: off
      Starting stats: Dec 2010
      NBPEL: 7" BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 5"

      Current stats: 5/31/2011

        What about supra slammers? I just read about them they sound great. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe found these instead of ulis and horse squeezes??

          Hey man. I haven't done any girth focused exercises myself yet. But I found something that might help you. Check out post #3 and #8

          That's it! Time for that one guy to get his girth!
          Starting (january 05, 2011):
          BPEL: ~5.5?" X 4.25"?
          Current:
          BPEL: 6.5"X 4.5"

            save the bathmate for the end.
            and mix the ulis with horse squeezes (ie do a 20 second uli hold, then a 5-10 second horse squeeze, release, rest and repeat)
