I am getting ready to start a girth focused program, and through my reading I have came up with this routine and I was just looking for some feedback before I start.
Warm up: very hot shower--15 minutes
Tunics tugs(I'm not sure of time..help please)
Bathmate (10 minutes)
Jelqing (150 to 200 reps)
Ulis (5 @ 30 sec each...1 minutes break in between)
And maybe horse squeezes (5 @ 30)
Any comments or criticism is appreciated...this is the first time I've strayed to far from just stretching and jelqing.
