    As someone said in an earlier post, I may just be a "hard gainer", as I was in the gym too. I just need to put in a lot more effort because I don't think the "less is more" works for me.

    When I first started, I did the hanging method based on what Bib had said in another forum. Later, you find out that he was hanging like ALL DAY long, every day and jelqing 20-30 minutes every night. So, he didn't grow 4 inches, with a light routine.

    I thought "wow, that's a LOT of effort... almost obsessive". But, I guess that's what needs to be done if it's going to grow 4 inches.

    MY ROUTINE
    I tried PE about 4 years ago for 2-3 months. I did hanging back then almost every day. I saw no results and after a while, it just became a chore. Probably with my LOT 7, I shouldn't of ever hanged to begin with, but I still Jelqed all the time.

    I gave up on it, but started again 4+ months ago. I've read a lot at this site (very helpful, thank you!), bought the book "Exercising the Penis" by Kemmer... have followed various routines and still ... zero results. =(

    True, I haven't been "obsessive" about this every single day of my life - I'm busy running a corporation and stuff. But I've been persistent... I do a routine minimum 2-3x a week and sometimes 5x a week.

    The usual warm up, stretch, jelq and cool down. I also prefer the reverse of jelqing and then stretching. Sometimes I also "double split" my sessions and do 2 shorter sessions daily.

    Still .... NO RESULTS =(


    Is this normal? Am I being impatient?

    Some say "less is more" and then others are doing this every day, 30-40+ minutes daily. I'm just really confused....


    I'm a very dedicated person and will not give up... but, I really need to hear some feedback and advice from you guys to give me hope again, so I can keep pushing forward or change something to get SOME kind of results to motivate me.

    Thank you in advance for reading this long post (sorry about that) and for any assistance.

    PS - I'll even pay someone as a "coach" to help me with this if need be. I just don't want to be wasting my time on this, if I'm doing something wrong.
    Every stretch or pull you do needs to be in the direction of the most pullback. Try hanging again, but do it straight up. Try some intense bundle stretching. You can read about those.

    I'm not sure know how big you are, but bear in mind that the average figure is often exaggerated, especially on PE sites. Most contemporary surveys are fairly consistent at around 5.5" BPEL.

I don't think most women are all that bothered unless the penis is so small that it causes practical problems. When some women say that size does matter somewhat, many men definitively interpret that statement to mean that a big penis is important, whereas what they might be saying that it's important for it to be in the normal range.

    Of course there may be a few women who fetishise large penises, but I doubt it's more than a small minority. On the flipside you have to consider that there are women who profess to like small penises - you can find some of them posting on measurerection. In fact there are women who actually hate big penises. Ironically I've read a few interviews where porn stars express this displeasure. Two whose names I recall are Asia Carrera and Paige Sinclair - the latter refused to work with Lexington Steele and Jake Steed again after appearing with them. I've seen interviews with prostitutes who also say they don't like working woth well-endowed punters.

    A couple of interesting videos where sex therapists/broadcasters talk about penis size (I'm assuming the 4" average penis size they refer to is BP).

    OK....FIRST..what the HELL is going on with your GF? You need to get rid of her or at the least STOP STOP talking with her about penis size. Forget it. She should NOT be bringing these things up with you unless she is trying to hurt you. If you brought it up..then your fault. Stop talking about it...NOW!! Please.

    Now on to the work here.....I dont think you are bitching...just asking questions.

    That's great!

    First of all, unless you are getting sore or something...Id forget about worrying about overtraining. You obviously need to put more into this (force wise I mean).

    Consider contacting BIB...he really tries to help hangers who are stuck...and Ive read several of the treads and it seems to work. (go the the BIB hanger website/forum).

    If you REALLY have a lot of 7 AND you have used pretty heavy weight (at least 20+ lbs already) and hung for a long time between the cheeks.....maybe you need to start hanging over the shoulder and with fulcrums...

    Read all about hanging...learn about your other measurements like your exit point location and measure your inner penis (from the skin exit point to the absolute bottom of the pubic bone...just in front of where the internal penis meets the prostate.

    There is NO WAY that you can not gain....the penis is tissue and it WILL STRETCH...the ligs attaching it to the bones...WILL STRETCH...its biological fact.

    Im not sure about all the MANUAL methods as you dont know if you are applying too much or too little force. That is why Im hanging and gaining even after only 6-7 weeks.

    But you have to apply knowledge of anatomy to the process. Check out the thunders place hangers forum articles and Bib website.

    Dont let anyone get you down.

    I cant believe that a person cant gain.

    I do believe in mechanical methods though as it fits my ideas about the world (being a doctor and scientist) ...

    For length I will hang...till I get totally stretched ligs and then I will hang over the shoulder and with fulcrums to divide and conquer one part of the tunica at a time.

    THEN for girth Im planning on clamping and using Uli device to squeeze the crap out of my unit.

    This has to work....its even been reported in the medical lit that some patients with peronies dz can get large penises after acute episodes.

    In my opinion, breaks are the last thing you need right now. You need some gains...and I think hanging might offer you the best chance for some inital light on the tunnel.

    Don't give up. Hanging from what I've heard is great, but very very time consuming. Your 'job' is apparently like mine; which means you probably won't have the time for hanging (10hrs/week per Bib, the Hanger Guru, in privacy, for possibly many months).

    It might not be a bad idea to take some time off PE, let the ligs and other tissues return to more of a newbie state (or as close as they can come to an original state), then start in on the JP90 routine without letup. Breaks can be a powerful tool.

    And getting outside consulting - well, nothing beats that I think. Having an expert coach going over your routine, and keeping an eye on your program, is a proactive approach.

    Well, you are right. It is probably more in my own head than anything else - no doubt. I've never had someone say "you're small" and if they did think it (maybe based on some other comparison), I'm glad they didn't say anything =)

    Part of it is just my own personality of "more" and because all my muscles have grown over the years because of bodybuilding, it would have been nice if my penis kinda kept up with the rest of the body and was in "proportion". I'm sure my penis would "look" much larger if I was 5'6" and weighed 140 lbs...

    Also, all my ex's enjoyed sex with me (I use utilize all the senses and really give) and we all know other than the initial "oh wow", the rest is all technique, fingers, tongue and the mind.

    But, like I said - just my "own" thing and when it happens a few times, it gets to you.

    And thanks for the video's - good info, made me feel more normal.

    PS - my "bone pressed erect length" is 6.5 inches and diameter in the middle is 5.4.

    With that combination of girth and length, you're borderline big, maybe actually big. You REALLY have nothing to worry about.
