Thread: New STRETCH?

I have come up with a new stretch exercise, and here is how it goes, I pull straight up towards my head and do a 45 Deg back and forth, I then pull out sideways and do the 45 Deg back and forth then straight down and the 45 Deg back and forth, then pull the opposite side way and do the 45 Deg back and forth, this really feels good doing it, I don't try to pull my member off my body just a nice stretch. I repeat this for 10 mins. Not sure if this is new it's something like the helicopter stretch but with a twist to it. But my member sure does respond to the stretch well.

Sounds kinda like the pendulum stretch to meCURRENT: 6.75" x 5.5"
GOAL: 7" x 6"
