So I just read the TGC theory from remek.. And those of you who knows, IT'S HARD TO GAIN OR GAIN AT ALL if your tunica has gaps between your soft tissues and vice versa. You do length gain workouts for tunica growth and girth workouts for soft muscles in your penis. Anyways here's what I'm trying to get at, what is a girth workout and what is a length workout? I mean it all seems to be the same workouts and concept to me but I guess it isn't because many have said it incorporates differently depending on the workouts.

So can anyone share any length and girth workout names??
