First, my English is not perfect, so I hope you'll understand me well.
And I'll be happy if you first read this whole drilling (from the first line to its last) before writing something :]
O.k, I wanted to share with you an issue that bothering me.
PE was never a fact. There are no scientific or medical books that say - "If you are X, you should do Y,Z etc..." or "If you have this , do that...".
It is mainly based onTRIAL AND ERROR. People who did that before you, share with you their experience, and you just imitate them. But they cannot promise you anything, and cannot be sure about any thing that helped them to gain, or didn't help them to gain cause there are hundreds of parameters which can affect PE results, and you need to isolate each one of these parameters in order to learn that whole issue.
Why do I bring it to your attention? because soon I (and many others) will finish the JP90's routine (which enjoys a consensus by lots of people), and start to add some new excercises. But I DON'T KNOW HOW INTENSE, OR HOW LONG THESE EXCERCISES SHOULD BE!, cause everyone here just does what he thinks, without any proven knowledge (it sounds like I'm mad at them :P, well I'm not). I will give you an example - there is a member that added the "Tunica Tugs" to his routine. He does 2 sets of 30 seconds each. But maybe 30 seconds isn't effective at all? Maybe the tunica responds only if you stretch it for 40 seconds or more? Or maybe less than 4 sets of this excercise doesn't affect a thing (just as in some normal body stamina excercises). Then this person puts himself in a situation that he might do a daily excercise (or even more than one) that gets out of the equasion of the results, that doesn't affect his penis at all, and at the end - has nothing to do with the gains\ lack of gains.
The tunica tugs is just an example to show you what I mean.
So - how can I know what intensity and how long each set of each excercise should be? Im sure no one wants to waste his time on uneffective workouts.
Is there any definitions or something that close to it of "how long should be one tunica stretch at least in order to start affect the tunica?" or "How long should be a jelq\a basic stretch in order to start changing something inside the penis?"
Im sorry for this drilling, but I cannot sleep when I think about it

Yes we are all individuals and we have to learn for ourselves which PE exercises work best for us. You must decide for yourself how long a stretch should be and how much force should go into the stretch.

there are services like Big Al and mecoach that could help with this issue. professionals who really could inform you as to the hows and whys.
more or less the same could be said about any exercise - weightlifting, running, yoga . every body is so individual that the only thing that consistently works is learning through trial and error what works for your particular body. you need to have full understanding of your own penis, and this only comes through time spent and focused attention.The force is strong with you young Skywalker. While there have been some doing their own thing for decades, any sort of formalized practice of PE seems to be a rather new invention. If you tried this 5 years ago it would probably have been much less clear what worked and what didn't. At least now we've got routines up that have proven to be successful for many and active discussion about what further exercises are effective.

lol... well my take on PE has nothing much to do with others routines, a template is good to try or to use to condition your penis and see how it responds, same like anything in life, diet, working out, studying a topic, you need to find your access points through elimination of what is useless to you!
everybody's body is different, and you should really get to know it before trying to change it... but i can tell you from a biological stand point that each human body has simular traits, obviously... and from this understanding, you will find that all people can manipulate and change the body according to the needs specified... tendons can be stretched, ligaments can be pulled, blood vessels can be expanded, cells can be reprodeced or restored to larged sizes from distortion and stress, this is the human body... i don't believe it goes so deep as to think just a few seconds will determine the outcome of your PE success, instead look at it on how aggressive you wish to persue PE, some guys here hang up to 20lbs, and jelq for hours! some can handle this, they have conditioned themselves to do so... in time you will find what works for you, because if everything in life was just spelled out for you to replicate then there would be nothing to invent and no new ideas to come up with, evolution would just stand still and nothing would happen, lol!Killerbeedick? That would be even more funny if I had a small dick lol!

My understanding of the JP90 routine is the main goal is to condition your unit and avoid injuries. If your PIs are good, you can increase the intensity of the stretches and jelqing. Please read Physiological Indicators (the original post) to be sure you understand how to tell if you are overdoing it. Remember, if it hurts, you are doing too much!
I've been doing the JP90 for about a month now and have not see any erect gains yet. I've slowly increased my stretches to 5 minutes (total time stretched), and jelqing to 25 minutes after warming up. My EQ has improved quite noticeably, and my flacid hang has increased from 2 1/2inches to around 4 inches! Even more amazing to me is my flacid girth went from 3.5 to 4.25 inches and rarely turtles anymore.

While your correct its trial and error, same thing goes for anything physical we do. Some guys will gain biceps easily, but struggle with squats, others will have asymmetrical abs while others will be as close to perfect as the eye can deem. Some guys are meant to be distant runners, others power lifters. The human body is such a diverse and complex instrument that advice from others can only go as far as the basics. Dont be discouraged if the next guy gains 1/2 inch more than u did, and dont get bigheaded (no pun intended) if you out gain someone. Its not a race. Your PE should be for you, and you alone. Even though im sure most if not all here would love to have that magical penis women love and men envy, its not enough to motivate people to get up daily to exercise. If i didnt gain another inch, but kept my current penis in great shape, id be happy as hell I did PE in the first place. It took me over 4 years to gain and 1 1/2 in length due to poor motivation in the beginning, but its been a great journey that my only regret was not putting a better effort in over the years.09

Chongmet, you're absolutely correct in what you say.
There is only one known way to arrive at a solution that would work for most men, and that's through well-run, funded, clinical trials that look at all the viable methods now in existence and really narrow down on routines that work the best for all the different types of men and penises out there.
I have no doubt that that day will come, eventually, way, way way way into the future!
We're a prudish society, we don't like tits or dicks or other parts to be talked about in open society. Much less studied! And can you imagine what the backlash would be if the NIH or the NSF funded research into penis enlargement? I can just see the LameStream media taglines now!

Without rigorous trials, there's never going to be any single 'best' path for everyone to use to achieve their goals (or even a set of exercises that are proven to be best). But more importantly, there will continue to be many guys who are injuring themselves because they have no idea what they're doing.
