Hello guys, i'm a new member in here.
As far i've been researching about this topic, i've found PE exercising the best way for growing your penile. Although i've read in different places online, that it's impossible to grow downthere, because of the fact that the penile isn't a muscle or similar and it's something unreachable to get bigger by doing these exercises. Is this really true, I thought the best way to get an answer is by asking you guys that have experience on these exercises, so please first of all tell me, is this really possible?
So i've been reading a lot in this forum of the best ways to get started and stuff, and i tend to follow JP's 90 day routine. I did my first workout today and feel some soreness downthere (is this normal)? I think i'll take a break tomorrow as I don't want to take any risks or overtrain as I'm intending to take it slow and easy. I'm really dedicated to make this and I hope that it is true what i've been reading in this forum.
Also, I just turned 18, is this a good time to start, or is it too early?

Does it work? Yessir. But PLEASE take it easy in the beginning. Read all you can on this forum because these people really know what they are talking about. Strt with the sticky threads and even cruise through the injury sub-forum. Knowledge is power and if you know what causes injuries then you can take care not to have one.

hey dude welcome to the gym! I was also 18 when I started (19 now) and I think its a great age to get started! The soreness its nothing to worry about as it is your first time trainning, just take a day off untill the soreness subsides and then you will be good to go again! also make sure your not gripping to tight on the stretches and with the jelqs! make sure you always use correct technique and you will prevent injury! what are your starting measurements?

Don't get impatient. That is a trait of youth. You are starting at a great age because your body is still maturing. Don't over do it. Don't jelq with a death grip. Don't dry jelq. More strokes with a lubricated light grip are best. When you are in class or sitting , stretch you cock and sit on it. Since you are still growing, your body will get the idea. Remember, first results may come quickly, but you will hit plateaus. But At first things could be slow, so think in terms of a couple of years rather than a couple of weeks. Don't worry, 21 isn't ancient and it isn't that far off. This is an exercise program just like any gym activity. You don't build biceps in a couple of weeks either. Good luck.
