Thread: Kegels and Reverse Kegels

I'm doing a routine that I do 3-4 times a week, approximately 7 times every 2 weeks. I want to start incorporating kegels and reverse kegels on the days I don't do it. Seeing as I have no idea what to do, I thought I'd post here and get advice. Or, post a link that can help me out. Thanks

Umm Utopar I know your intentions are good but this sort of response is better handled by mods.
That said TD there is a ton of info throughout the site on kegels/reverse K, particularly in the pre e section.
Do you have any specific question T D?
