    so basically my routine is something like
    15 to 20 hours a week on my stretcher and
    4 to 5 bathmate sessions a week at 20 mins per session
    my days i can stretch are weird due to my scedule

    my dick is sensitive, so i don't like to jelq to much, i get hard fast, all i think about it busting so the stretcher is my preferred modality.

    I was thinking about some light hanging , a sock hanger - 2 lbs weight maybe 3 -20 mins sessions a day thats only a hour of time

    that will lengthen ligs

    i hear tho that 10 hours of stretching is a minimun a week, i doubt i can dedicate so much time, so i was thinking 5 hours with my current routine

    does anyone have any ideas, my goal is length intime girth will come

    I quit stretching, but if you think 10 hours a week is the minimum amount of time needed, all I can say to that is good luck!! Throw in girth work and that would be one hell of a work week!! Personally speaking, that much time spent doing PE could easily lead to overwork and injury. Let alone burn out.

    use my fast size about 15 to 20 hours a week.

    I believe the minimum hanging time is 10 hours, but thats to much time for me to dedicate so i was thinking 5 hours a week

    i use my bathmate for girth

    i'm more worried about length than girth right now
