So I've been pe'ing for roughly 5-6 months. my regiment has been narrowed down to:
-20-30 min. warm up
-4 sets of 45 seconds of right, left, straight stretching
-another 5 min. of heat
-200 wet jelqs at 3-5 sec. a piece. not too tight but not too loose of a grip.
-1 set of clamping for 5 min.
-200 1 sec. kegels.
-warm down for usually 10-15 min. (shower)
I perform the regiment every other day, with exception to kegels which i do everyday. I've been doing this consistantly for about 3 months. The reason i choose to do every other day is because i felt like my EQ was diminished with back to back days of PE. I have seen some gains, but I'm wondering is there any thing i can tweak to that regiment or any suggestions. Thank you very much!
