    Well, after being lazy since I have joined, I started to get serious today with JP's Beginner PE.

    Day 1: 7/25/2011

    1. 15-20 min warm up with rice sock (very effective and long lasting)
    2. UDRL stretches (20 sec) 2 rep
    3. 3x 50 Wet Jelg - (counted after both rotated hands as 1, 3-4 sec)
    4. 3x 20 A-Jelg (same as wet jelg counting)
    5. UDRL stretches (30 sec) 3 rep
    6. 15 - 20 min warm down with rice sock

    I did stretches before and after the jelg routine because I have already a loss of tug naturally.

    Well, I make myself to the routine. Like any habit unknown, one has to discipline one's self to do it. Right now, I just got done and warmed up the rice sock in the microwave doing the warm down. This will take a while to get used to but at least my wife is not on my ass about it which is cool. I guess she accepted the fact that I am more determined now. In time when some gains happen, she will like it.

      I had a pretty good work out today. I changed a few things in the stretching sessions because I have a high LOT but still wanted to focus more on the tunica; so, now I clamp at the end of the base so no tension is felt on my ligament at all and clamp under the gland with my other hand then stretch.

      One of the benefits are starting to take affect which is longer penetration time. My wife and I did some hutchy tonight and she came before I did. Now bare in mind it takes her 20 minutes. Whenever, I felt her on the urge, I would stop (haha) letting the tension build making it last about 30 - 40 minutes (LOL). Then after a while, I just let her orgasm watching her then feel unable to move at all like "jelly" she says. Most times, I would get off about 5 minutes before her. Tonight (well, this early morning), she had to finish me off after overcoming the "jelly" affect of a good orgasm. PE has more benefits than a bigger shlong.

        Day 4: 7/28/2011

        Same routine as before.

        I had a pretty good pe session imagining that it was because my wife was sleeping so I didn't have to think about her coming in the bathroom (where I do my PE). So I will be making the routine as 5 on and 2 off. I almost got lazy and didn't do it at all today but disciplining myself prevailed.

          Good for you for finally getting serious and working towards your goal! However, this is in the wrong place and you should move your thread to the "Progress" section.

            Well, I meant for the progress forum but messed up. So I will have to get rid of this thread from the database (mysql) because it will not transfer to a different forum thread (being a programmer including database programming I can understand that hassle and code required is not worth the time even if my user_id is registered).
