Well, after being lazy since I have joined, I started to get serious today with JP's Beginner PE.
Day 1: 7/25/2011
1. 15-20 min warm up with rice sock (very effective and long lasting)
2. UDRL stretches (20 sec) 2 rep
3. 3x 50 Wet Jelg - (counted after both rotated hands as 1, 3-4 sec)
4. 3x 20 A-Jelg (same as wet jelg counting)
5. UDRL stretches (30 sec) 3 rep
6. 15 - 20 min warm down with rice sock
I did stretches before and after the jelg routine because I have already a loss of tug naturally.
