    Which brings better gains? I mainly do 300-600 overhand jelqs, and strangely I have been gaining more girth, than length.

    Will doing an underhand jelq help length gains?

    An underhand grip just makes it easier to completely get to the base of the penis under the fat pad, where the overhand may have some issues with.

    Jelq with a lower EQ, close to completely flaccid, if you want to work on length.

    I work from flacid, up to 80%

    I get in at least 100-150 before I get to 50%+. =/

    Maybe I should do 50 Jelq sets, wait till I get flaccid and then 50 again..ect??

    That could work. Are you just starting out PE this month? If so, don't worry about gains or focusing on length or girth, just do the exercises. The first 3 months are only a conditioning period.

    I'll be entering my second month in a few days. I am actually conditioned already, I did PE (without knowing) off and on throughout my life, but never long sessions. My penis hasn't felt tired yet and I have went for 20-25 days with only 2-3 days off.

    Unless you were doing it consistently, you're not conditioned. It's not about your penis feeling tired or not either.

    I have swung to the camp of long continuous sets are better than shorter ones. Longer sets allow for constant heat development (minimal might that be) whereas shorter ones are too much start and stop, start and stop. I have always used an overhand grip and have no issues regarding getting close to the base. Using your thumb and pointer finger are more effective I believe than using your thumb and little finger. Also, using an overhand grip allows for my finger tips to ride up my CS which is crucial for its development.
