Thread: Should I be concerned?

Last week I did workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I allowed myself a recovery day on Wednesday and took the weekend off. Over the weekend I had persistent soreness, but nothing that I felt was out of the ordinary. I woke up yesterday, Monday, and had a pain in the head of my member. I took this as a signal to take another day of rest. The pain was persistent and never went away. I had read that if you pinch the head and the anus retracts that the pain is nothing serious. I tried pinching the head and did not feel the retraction in my anus, which concerns me that it's a problem with the nerves. The pain was not there over the weekend, but showed up on Monday and is still lingering today, Tuesday. I can't tell if the condition has improved or not. I feel the pain behind my belly button and head simultaneously at times.
Over the weekend I did nothing with my member outside of warming with a rice sock. No workouts and no touching. I had sex last night to see if my sensation was gone, and everything seemed to be ok. It seems that my flaccid sensation is gone though. I don't plan on having sex or continuing PE until I'm 100% better. I'm just very concerned with the pain I'm feeling and the lack if a response to the pinching test.
Is this injury serious? What should I do guys?

Hey man, I experienced a similar problem and it went away after about a week of nothing but applying heat. Did you ever feel anything during an excercise? or are you doing any excercises that you shouldn't be doing yet?
Also, what do you mean your flaccid sensation is gone?

So the pain started 2 days after your last jelqing session? (Friday, then pain on Monday?). That's quite a delay, and would seem unrelated (directly). But it seems smart to take some time off. Is the pain constant?- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

The pain seems to be getting worse. I'm using a rice sock right now hoping that warming up and getting some blood flow will help.

Third day with pain. Going to make an appointment to get it checked out.
