Thread: reverse kegels??

so after just two weeks of doing kegels everyday short and 10-20 sec ones i all ready noticed better eq and i can feel my kegel muscle behind balls in gooch area and it feels way bigger and harder all ready.So my question is how important are reverse kegels because im not sure I know how to do them and even if i did know how I doubt I would wanna do them are they really that important I would like to just continue doing regular kegels and not have to do reverse ones.

Consider it this way, if you went to the gym and did lots of bench press and squats, but no r cuff or hamstring work and no stretching. Now some guys get away with this and some don't, depending or many factors.
