Thread: Stretch everyday and How Hard??

I have a question from experienced Pe'rs. I am looking for length mainly and so I was wondering, is it ok to do 30-35 minute stretches everyday and Jelqs 2 on 1 off ? I hear you can stretch everyday and just mainly need a break from jelqing. So would that be ok? Also is it better to do one 30 minute stretching session or two 20 minute stretching sessions?? Also Ive heard to stretch slowly. And How hard is my stretch supposed to be? Is it hard enough where my penis is really pulled and tight, or just enough so that its stretched?? which is better? I need your help desperatly.

I personally wouldn't stretch everyday. Your penis needs time to relax and rebuild itself, and it can't do that if you're constantly jerking on it. My advice would be to PE no more than 5 days a week and take 2 days off. You could do Mondays-Fridays of PE and then take the weekend off, or any other combination that seems to work for you. Also, I've heard you can kegel and reverse kegel on your off days. Edging I don't know about, someone else will have to answer that. And a little tip: If you're going for length, then it's probably a good idea to avoid doing any girth work for the time being. Most people believe that the thicker you are, the harder it is to stretch your penis and add length. And when you're jelqing, doing it at a lower EQ (30%-60%) usually is better for length gains than doing it at a higher erection level, which usually results in more girth gains. Good luck!

I stretch at about 25% erection but not enough that it will hurt but enough to pull tight. I usually clamp (by hand) at the base and clamp the other hand under the gland going in 30 sec intervals in directional format for 2 sets after the warm up and 3 sets after the jelging sessions are over. I have never experienced the turtleneck syndrome so I guess it am lucky in that regard. I clamp at the base because my LOT is very high that I feel hardly any tension when I do a kegel stretching (very elastic).
Don't do PE during your days off; your penis needs recovery time. As stated already, kegels are not actual PE exercise because they also do good for your prostate as well (good for the male body altogether, and for females too).
