Are you supposed to "feel" the ligs being pulled while stretching?
I have always wondered this when manually direction stretching. I have a small flaccid penis so i cant get a great long pull, so when i stretch out for example the skin at the base of my penis pulls all the way out where i feel the skin stretching more than anything else. Should you feel your actual ligs pulling, is there a particular feeling while stretching? when i pull in any direction i feel my skin stretch but i dont really feel my ligs being pulled "out" or pulled in any way? Am i doing the stretches wrong? all i feel is a sort of tension or slight burning feeling at the base of my penis but i attribute that to the skin. How can you assure the ligs are being pulled?

Yes I use to exercise, back in the day, slacked alot, but years later I want to make a come back... Yes you do feel the ligs being pulled its a good thing, you know that it is working, Of course it will go away after awhile since you jsut begun.
I as well have a smaller flacid penis (sucks), I have the same problem when you feel the skin pulling more then the ligs. You are stretching the ligs out as well. We as the smaller flacid human family have this problem I believe we have less skin then we would like. You aren't doing anything wrong keep it up!
If there is burning I would ease up on the pulling, take a day break then get back into it.

If you're having that problem then here's what I suggest: After you warm up (10 minutes at least), stimulate yourself up to an erection. Do a couple of kegels if you want. Wait for your erection to go down. Then, when it's hanging, but still pretty plump and stretchy, you can start doing the stretches. It shouldn't really be hard but it'll probably be bigger and easier to stretch.

This is a posting I did sometime ago on how I stretch. It might help you feel like you are getting a better stretch.
Thinking of when I do yoga or martial arts I decide to put my knowledge to good use to get a better stretch while doing my PE.
First thing I did was to increase the amount of time I warm up from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
For basic stretching (up, down, left and right):
I hold each stretch for 30 seconds while kegeling, I do 10 sets of each
While stretching up I will slightly arch my back so my butt is pushing back and holding my penis in place allowing me to get a better stretch.
For down stretches I will slightly push my pelvis forwards to get a deeper stretch. (I found this to work better for me than pushing forward)
For stretching left I will push my hips slightly to the right and for stretching right I will slightly push my hips to the left.
I also use the same methods of moving my body in different positions during other stretches as well.
This is only a guideline; you may want to experiment to see what works best for you.
Remember go easy DO NOT thrust your hips while doing your stretches you may injure yourself and help yourself.

I have had a good experience feeling my ligs. I started in March. About one month later I realized I could press lightly on the based of my penis while doing a stretch and could feel the lig. When I stretch forward I can feel it right at the base of my penis where it joins my abdomen. When I stretch up, I can feel it where my penis joins my scrotum. When I stretch right, I can feel it on the left side. Etc. The ligs feel very different from the skin.
I am sure this is going OK. I pull lightly and have no pain. In fact the ligs feel a bit wider then they did at first. This is really encouraging, and I have gained 3/4" since starting in March.
Persistence makes the difference.

I too have the small penis problem and the skin on top of my dick right where it connects to the abdomen/crotch top, feels like a burning sensation because the skin is pulling and I guess, slightly ripping or stretching. I'm sure it will go away as we PE and stretch and elongate things.
The suggestion to warm up more, and get an initial erection to stretch the skin naturally before PE is great.
