I am making length my priority for the time being before i introduce girth exercises but i do like to perform my jelqs whilst at a 70% erection level. I find that doing jelqs with anything lower is not as effective for me.
Starting stats : BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.6" EG 4.8"
Current stats : BPEL 6.8" NBPEL 6.25" EG 5"
Main Goal : BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 6.75" EG 5.5"

I started PE 4 years ago, May of 2018. When I first started my NBPEL was 5 and 3/8" × 5.5 inches of girth.
In the beginning all I did was Pump. I worked up to three 20 minute sessions a day, 6 days a week. I did this for one year. At the end of that year, my NBPEL was 6.5" × 6.5 inches of girth.
The 2nd year I incorporated stretching into the routine. Instead of Pumping 3 times a day. I did two 20 minute Pumping sessions and stretched for one 20 minute session each day. I alternated the position in which I stretched nightly. I would stretch downward one night, then the next night. I would stretch upward and so on and so fourth. Until I completed all of the stretches. I did this for 1 year as well. At the end of the second year my NBPEL was 6 and 3/8" long × 7" girth. The third year one 20 minute Pumping session, stretched for one 20 minute session, and worked up to 500 disciplined Jelqs a night.
At the end of the third year my NBPEL was 7" long × 7" girth.
So, at the end of the third year, May of 2016. I started a new workout. I did this workout for six month's. From May of 2016 to December 2017. It consisted of Pumping twice a week and 500 slow, concentrated Jelqs a day with a 40 to 60% erection, never exceeded 60%. I also started wearing an X-4 Labs Extender 2 hours a day. I gradually worked up to wearing the Extender 5 hours a day. I just measured yesterday 12-4-17. My NBPEL IS 7.5" × 6.5 inches of girth, from the base of the shaft to the head of the shaft. I am hoping by May of 2018 my NBPEL will be 8" × 6.5"of girth.
I just started a new workout 12-4-17 as well. All I am going to do until May of 2018 is wear the Extender for 6 hour's a day, 500 Jelqs, and 30 minutes of manual stretching a day.
Finally my penis is longer than the girth. I a tribute this to wearing the Extender and the Jelqs.
I am new to the Gym and would like to hear someone's opinion on the latter. Anyone?

Looking for length....I am looking at doing a pumping only routine to start just due to limited time and the ability to use the Bathmate in the mornings while I shower. You gained over an inch in length and an inch in girth just by pumping alone in the first year??
