Judging from what I've seen during my time here on PE Gym, it seems that there is a lot of good information flying around on how to add girth, but unfortunately, not so much on how to add length. This is probably due to the fact that girth is much more important, but the problem is that there are a lot of guys on here who want to add length but can't find a lot of info on how to do it. Most people will tell you that stretching is the best way, or jelqing, but there are literally dozens of different ways to stretch, and as far as jelqing goes, it has to be done at the right erection level for the best results. I've created this thread so that vets and other members can come on here and post what things have worked best for them in terms of adding length. I'll start with what I know:
Firstly, I've found that warming up is far more important when you want to add length than it is when you want to add girth. This is probably because girth exercises mainly revolve around filling the penis with blood and expanding, whereas length exercises focus more on stretching the internal parts of the penis (tunica etc..), and it is much more easier to stretch if it is warm and loose than if it is cold and hard.
Now, if your current routine is working for you, then good, keep doing it. But if it is not (keep in mind you should give a routine at least 3 months before determining whether it is working or not), then you need to go back and re-evaluate what you have been doing. One thing that is widely-accepted in the world of PE is that you should focus on length before you worry about girth. What that means is that it might be a good idea to abandon doing any girth-adding exercises (apart from maybe the jelq), and focus entirely on length. The general consensus is that a big, hard, thick tunica is much harder to stretch than a small, weaker one. Most people believe that about 50% of your length gains are going to come from doing work on your tunica, whereas all your girth gains are going to come from working on your tunica. Therefore, when you're working on girth, the tunica is the only thing that is going to make you thicker. A thicker, stronger tunica is much harder to stretch and manipulate than it's smaller, weaker counterpart. I should also mention that this does not apply to the JP90 day routine.
Anyways, moving on, there are dozens of stretches out there that you can perform to make your penis longer. The easiest ones are probably the basic manual stretches, where your grab your dick and pull outwards. You should get into the habit of doing these as much as possible, as they're convenient and easy to do. Remember to always warm up before your routine, but if you're taking a piss then don't worry about it. Take an extra minute or two to just stretch if you have the time. I personally like these, and think they're one of the most effective things out there. Now, there's a ton of other stretches out there too, like the bundled, v-stretch, a-stretch, tunica tug and clock stretch etc... but it's up to you to experiment and go with what you think feels good and what works.
Jelqing is the backbone of all other PE exercises out there for one reason: It works. For some people, it is better for adding girth. For others, it's better for their length. But the belief is that performing the jelq at a lower erection level (40-60%) is better for length, whereas doing it at a higher erection level (70%+) targets mainly girth. For that reason, if you are looking to add length, avoid doing it above 60-70%.
And lastly, I feel edging is important if you want to add size to your penis, whether it be length or girth. My belief is that after you're done your workout, and your penis has been stretched out and has experienced micro-tears, edging aids in distribute blood and other essential nutrients to help your penis re-build itself in it's bigger state. So there you have it. I'm a bit pressed on time so I may have left something out, so it'd be nice if the vets and other members chimed in and added their 2 cents as to what truly is the best way to add length to your penis.

There is a ton of information in these forums on adding length, you just rewrote most of what you have read from this site and turned it in to one massive PE cube of information. If you didnt find more info on length than go back and look again, its there, You just missed it penis exercise

Oh yeah sorry for not making paragraphs, fixed it now. I've actually been on this site for about a year and although I do agree that there is length info on here, I found that most of it is scattered around and hard to find. And yes, I have seen that link and all the exercises. To anyone who may be wondering, you go to the top of the page and click "Exercises". There's a whole bunch of info on there too. Anyways, I found that people tend to make more mistakes with length than they do with girth, which is pretty straightforward. I also wanted to add some of my own observations (warming up for length vs girth etc..) that other people may not know about. So yeah, thanks for the heads up about the paragraphs. I hope this actually ends up helping someone. And lastly, feel free to add your 2 cents.

You didn't menton the best way to gain length.
It would seem to be somewhat obvious that hanging moderately heavy weights ( and MAYBE....ADS with lower tension...and I really dont trust the studies done on these devices...) is the best way to gain length.
I have always wondered about pulling the penis with your hands a few minutes per day ...even an hour...possibly compete with hanging 5-45 pounds off of it for several hours per week. Same idea...pull on the ligaments holding the inner penis inside the body and stretching the tunica lengthwise...
The best way to add length for most people is to pull out what you already have tucked up against your pubic bone by ligaments...stretch the ligaments and more penis comes out...as it moves down lower it gets longer as the upward loop of internal penis is straightened out.
The one that really gets me if this fowfers thing.....I have tried this and there is basically no tension compared to hanging even very light weight. Perhaps Im doing it wrong..or perhaps it works better for guys with a penis exit point that is really high and mine is already medium low.
I would really feel bad for a guy who is stretching his penis with his hand and doing some fowfers and then gets depressed when he does not make any length gains.....
I'm sure I have no idea what Im talking about. But plain logic would dictate that you need some real force to stretch out the ligaments.
I have been hanging about 10 hours per day for 7 weeks now (I just reached up to a max weight of 17 lbs now...but mostly between 13.5 and 16) and I am gaining and my suspensory ligament is really stretched out. Its surely hard work...and you need plenty of privacy time....

I find fowfers work more for improved flaccid length.Noc

I have decent privacy but still only do about 4 x 20 min sessions per day. I am currently at 7.5lbs and have only been at the hanging for about 4-6 weeks and started at 3.5 lbs. But I attribute my length gain of atleast +1/4" in length to the hanging, as 45 days of consistent jelqing and manual stretches only gave me girth gains, but no length gains.
I figured hanging would be imperative for a dick like mine which seems like the tunica is made out of stainless steel.
I would be curious to know how much length you have added with as many hours under serious load that you have put in.Start (04/25/2011): 6.875"BPEL x ~5.375" MSEG
Current (2/27/121): 7.625" BPEL (+.75) x -5.875" MSEG (+.5)
