I would bone press to really find out because fat pad vary depending on weight, fat content, and even genetics as well. But anything from I think 6.5 up to 7 is considered high average. By length in 7.2 but I still consider my length to be high average but not above average. My girth is above average of course making my length look shorter than it really is. I think they measure it bone pressed. I hate measuring non-bone pressed because it changes all the time, but then when press to the bone I feel like I'm just cheating myself. I still don't know what my true length is.
