I have started PE just about 1 month ago, and I have measured on 5 different days. I can see gains in both NBPEL and BPEL, but my Fat Pad Space has been getting bigger as I move on. I have been more diligent on what I eat and how much I eat. I also am trying to abstain from soda. My fat pad has gained over 0.1 inch since I started. Could this be because of the way I measured NBPEL (first two measurements are wrong) before or do peoples fat pad differential fluctuate this much as well?
Note: I think the first 1 or 2 times I measured NBPEL, I was measuring wrong, that's why my first two measurements seem like outliers. .
So these are my fat pad differential (BPEL minus NBPEL) on the different dates I measured.
