Thread: Possible solution???

Hey everyone,
I'm stumped...no matter what exercise I do, I end up gaining only length
I am not complaining about the gains though
I am just wondering why I don't gain girth?
I do girth workouts which include Uli's, high intensity jelqs, erect bends and edging...
And I still haven't even gained anything!
What to do?
