I too have begun to wonder whether I'm spending too much time on this. I'm spending more time both reading the forums and in actual practice than I had at the beginning. So far it is not interfering with taking care of things I need to do. It has reinforced my decision to quit porn (over three months now), added to my trends towards maintaining/improving my health as I age, and given me another goal to work on. The pleasurable/erotic aspect can not be minimized and provides another outlet when sex with my wife is not in the cards. And it is odd in a good way to be part of private communications among men about subjects we rarely speak of in person among ourselves.
The positives outweigh the negatives right now, but I know myself too well. I need to continue to self monitor my habits and if I become too enmeshed I'll have to disengage a little. So as I write this I was not able to do my routine today nor will be able to do it tomorrow. But my body is telling me that it needs the routine now.BPEL 7.0 +1 1/8"

I can't get enough of pe either. It's just the fact that when you 1st find out about it,YOU can't believe it! YOU read about it! About all the theories out there on how to increase your size,hanging,extending manuel exercises and all the other stuff and can't believe that you've been unaware of this the whole time! Then you start out PEing with your routine and with websites like this that ppl freely discuss PE like its nothing and makes you feel very comfortable for you to continue and share your progress/problems. You then read the success stories,only to think if you can be the next one! To top it off, you start to gain which is even a more motivater than anything. Inching closer and closer to your goals. Eventually surpassing your goals, and you think to yourself" Well dam! Thank God I tried it!" Longer,Thicker,Muscular and overall healthier Penis....why not...obsessed,dedicated..what ever you call it! Hobby for LIFE is what I see in PE! I think every1 else here feels the same!

In my opinion; we should not be obsessed with it and we should treat it like any other exercises. If you get obsessed then it might get your unit tired sooner than it needs to be.
