    Hey guys I've been doing pe a couple weeks Ive been doing 3 day 1 off. I thought everything was going good but I notices my erection doesnt get nearly as hard as it used to. Everything else is ok, I'm not sore and after my work out my flaccd does look a lil bigger and also my penis is not getting smaller. So I'm trying to figure out if I am overtraining or if I should keep going on with my pe. Any advice?

    Take an extra day off.
    Try not to play with it as often.
    Maybe try edging to see if it's tired or you just aren't too horny.

    You might be overtraining a little. Listen to NP and take an extra day off. I usually go 2 on 1 off or 1 on 1 off and I have never had erections problems =D

    "everything else is ok"? umm buddy, a flacid penis does nothing but hang there, who cares how big it is, if you can't rock on an erection then nothing is ok at all!

    write down your routine in full, tell us what your doing, maybe more detail will shed light to the do's and don't's... but i can tell you simply, for me, my dick erects better if i pump and jelq for my first session alone, then stretch nearing the end of my day... if i stretch for my first PE session then i have lazy erections, and i get erections very easy so even something remotley painstaking for me makes my PE day shit!
