1. 10 minute stretches of the first part of Jp90's program
2. bundle stretches- 5 minutes
3. tunica tugs- 5 minutes
4. 75 jelqs at 30%
5. hangs- 5-10 minutes

I'm waiting for these dots on the top of the head to go away...not sure when that's gonna happen.
