I suffered an injury at the end of last week and am taking a week off to rest. Yesterday my girth was the same as it has been (exactly 5 in.).. I checked today after not ejaculating or doing any PE and I'm already down to about 4.8-4.9. It took me forever to get up to my short term goal of 5 in. girth and realllly don't want to lose that. Besides doing stretches and jelqs, etc. is there anything I can do to keep my size up without aggravating my injury?

Gains don't disappear in a week or two. Probably is just an EQ issue due to the injury and will return back to normal once you are rested and healed. Don't attempt to do any exercises while injured. Just rest and apply heat.
