  • some advice would help

    ive been doing PE for 7months with very small gains havent measured
    my routine is :
    10 minute warm up
    10 minutes different streches
    30 minutes wet jelqs (one jelq about 5-10 seconds )

    so i would need some advice if im doing something wrong or what beacuse im not gaining anything

    so are there any advanced routines on this site to follow

    any advice is welcome

    might have to increase your stretching time, both per rep and overall.
    if ur goal is more girth oriented add a girth exercise before you jelq.

      yes i think i will try to do streches for a total of 15 minutes with only basic streching for next 30 days and see if it helps

        Try adding some V-Jelqs in there perhaps, don't take long and it helps. After a 100 jelqs or so I wait and get flaccid again then do more stretches, can definitely feel it stretch and it feels great. Then pick back up with your jelqs. Some guys see good gains within the first few months some guys need to keep at it a little longer. Keep at it and you'll see gains, don't let this discourage you.
        Start - 5" x 4.6"...ish (no clue when I actually started PE)

        4/1/12 - 7.25" BPEL x 5.25" MEG
        11/23/12 - 7.5" BPEL x 5.375 MEG
        11/23/12 - 8.125" BPFSL

        Short Term Goal - 8" x 5.5"
        Long Term Goal - 9.5" x 6.5"

          i changed my routine again now:
          10 minutes warm up
          20 minutes basic and different streches i think ive been streching the wrong way for a long time i noticed this when i looked at the streching exercise pictures i think i now got it right
          jelging :
          1:st week 18 minutes
          2:nd week 20 minutes
          3:rd week 22 minutes
          4:th week 24 minutes
          and then a one week break no PE for one week
          i do a 5 day on and 2 days off
          kegels 100 reps 3 days a in a week

          what do you with experience think of my routine


          you who have gained how much have you gained in a month or how long did it take for you to see and feel growth
