I've finished the JP90 routine and have starting hanging with the Bib Hanger. I'm about 1 1/2 weeks in. What are your guys' experiences with hanging, as far as how long it took to start making length gains? I feel that I've lost a little of the length gains I made (minimal) with the JP90 routine, but I kind of expected that. I'm focusing on length first, and then will go full tilt on girth later on.
