i know they wont make it bigger but wont they increase testosterone and I thought the ingreidents were good for penis health

Wont increase testosterone either. They improve blood flow, but that's about it. They do it at an expensive price too. You can go to a GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and walk out with the same ingredients for less.

well i bought 3 of the manhood enhancement pills only 6$ a bottle each have 20 days supply.I also bought arginine 500mg pills and i have body fotress whey protein which has lots of amino acids in it and i got multivitamins and fishoils.I drink green tea with ginseng alot so no need for that supplement.anything else i should get for pe and penis health ??

Focus more on taking supplements for overall health, not just focusing on the penis. That's better for the penis then just finding supplements that may or may not have an effect on anything.

The best herbal supplement to increase blood flow to the penis is eurycoma longfolia jack (tongkat ali). Should be root extract from Indonesia. I have ED and need to take at least 50 mg of Viagra in order to generate an erection capable of penetration. However, I have had similar results using Maxidus which contains 156 mg of eurycoma longfolia plus six other blood flow enhancing supplements. I take one 3 hours in advance and one 30 minutes in advance and I am good to go.
