As the title says, just took a week off for recover and now I'm starting this on tuesday, thursday, saturday:

Warming: 20 min.
Pumping via BM: 10 min set
Jelqs: 75 reps, 5 sec strokes
Pumping: 10 min set
Jelqs: 75 reps, 5 sec strokes
Balooning w/ C-ring: 5 min.
Rest: 1 min.
Balooning w/ C-ring: 5 min.
Stretching: 3 sets of 1 min. for Right, Left, and Straight
Warmdown: 20 min

Going to follow PI's to gauge workout days. May add in a day or post pone a day based on how he feels.

Any things to add OR subtract or maybe stretch after warm up? I'm open to any criticisism, comments or concerns. Thank You!
