I have started PE 4 months ago. I started conditioning my penis with warm ups and manual stretches and jelqs for 2 weeks and then started hanging using BiB Hanger.
That thing sucks! The pain is horrible. If it is not on correct then the pain you are feeling can be mistaken for 'stretch pain'. And i think that was the case. I was feeling the pain, which i thought was stretch, but it was really just the hanger pinching my skin or squeezing my shaft.

Anyways, I want to go back to manual PE.
I am 5.5" erect length and 5" girth.
I feel that my penis is well conditioned since I have used the hanger for 3 months, so I would like to continue with an expert routine that will get me the quickest gains.
Can anyone direct me to threads with the best routines for quickest gains? Please help me! Pencil Dick.
