how much stretching exercise should i put in for length and also with jelqing, im not gaining anything so must mean that i need to be putting up more workouts

I've been PE'ing for more than 6 months and nothing has come up sadly . My routine right now was JP 90 day routine and a little while before I implemented on the workouts: 5-10min warm up, 360 rotation stretches 6 times for 15 seconds in both directions, then 200 5 second jelqs and then to finish it off I warm down. And just today I put in 30 reps of Jai stretches after the 360 stretches
