I started the tunica tugs and bundle stretches early this week, and today I noticed 4 small black dots on the head...one is bigger than the other. The weird thing is they're arranged in a square fashion, so they look very organized. My head is darker now that I've started this, but I haven't experienced any pain after warming down, but a little discomfort when I being exercising again. What should I do?
By the way, I'm not new to PE...been doing it for a year.

That's very odd, can't really picture what you're describing but it sounds to me like you used a little too much force and caused some bruising. Take a couple days off and let that heal up. If the color isn't back to normal then you should get that checked out.
Start - 5" x 4.6"...ish (no clue when I actually started PE)
4/1/12 - 7.25" BPEL x 5.25" MEG
11/23/12 - 7.5" BPEL x 5.375 MEG
11/23/12 - 8.125" BPFSL
Short Term Goal - 8" x 5.5"
Long Term Goal - 9.5" x 6.5"

You need to stop you normal PE workout like a week.And after that week just do warm up's like a hot towel rice socks something like that. Than do some lite kegel,helicopter shakers,thigh slaps maybe 3 sets of 10...I think getting more blood flow to your member will help alot.

I'm really trying to be consistent with my new routine because I have a feeling I'm going to see results with it soon, but if these dots haven't gone away in like a week, should I go see a doctor? I imagine that would be a funny conversation. Also, if I don't start my routine right away, how long should I merely do warm-ups until I can get back into it?
