The LOT theory is VERY inaccurate and should not be used to determine anything.
For one simple reason: The Loss Of Tugback (LOT) relies on 1 variable, which is the Keigel. If you do not know what a keigal is, then most likely you do not know how to do a keigal and your keigal muscle is very weak.
The more keigals you do, the STRONGER your keigal muscle will be, thus the stronger pull it will give when you do a keigal.
So, if you have never done keigals before, or if you have just started doing keigals, your kiegal muscle will be very very weak, hence not showing as much tug back or pull COMPARED to someone who is very well versed with doing Keigals, and has developed a very strong Keigal muscle.
Someone with a stronger keigal muscle will be provide a stronger pull or tug back.
With this being said, the Keigal is the ONE MAIN VARIABLE, and only variable when determining your LOT. So for this reason it is very inaccurate.
Guy #1 has been doing keigals for 5 years and has developed a strong keigal muscle. So his tugback will be stronger. So that means when he gets down to 7 o clock he is still getting tugback.
Guy #2 has just started doing keigals and his keigal muscle is not strong at all. So he may get a loss of tugback at 10 o clock, simply because his keigal muscle is not as strong, thus not able to pull back as much as someone with a stronger keigal muscle. -- But if you took this same guy, and had him work on his keigals ONLY for 4 months (with no other penis exercises).. only keigals... and then after the 4 months of only keigals he did his LOT test again, he would magically be at a 7 o'clock LOT.
(I have proved this theory wrong by doing the exact thing as Guy #2) and sure enough my lot went from 10 oclock to 7 oclock after doing keigals for 4 months, with no other exercising.
This LOT theory can only be accurate if each individual has the EXACT strength in his keigal muscle, then it would be a true test when comparing your LOT to someone elses.
People get so high strung on this THEORY only because it originated from a penis enlargement legend (bib) and I am very surprised that he never EVER mentions this to anyone. (As I have been a member in his forum and read all about it)
The problem is that people take advice from others at face value and not using their brain to break it down and to determine if it really is accurate or not. So far from every forum I have been in, tons of people use this LOT theory but do not know how it actually works and the variable within it. They just do it and tell everyone what their LOT is when they have NO IDEA what it actually is or what it means. its hilarious. and those are the guys who NEVER get any gains from PE.
it is cut and dry that this theory is very inaccurate due to the keigal strength variable. Thats why its called a theory.. more closer to a myth...like the black cock myth..LOL

JP has had reservations about lot theory, for a number of years and has posted so several times. Like other theories it has to be tried in the field, any feedback from other members?

ive kegled for years before i even knew about LOT. so when i read about the LOT i tried it. i started with my LOT high. Now its low. around 7 o clock. I've not been doing any more kegling than i was before and i started with a very strong PC muscle. My LOT has changed and i have been seeing good gains since i've applied the LOT. So for me i believe in the LOT. Maybe what we need to put in the LOT theory is, first build up a good PC muscle before finding your LOT or it wont be accurate.START 8/1/10:

LOT can be used to find if your ligs have lengthened or stretched enough to change the angle of your hanging. Have you been doing PE or have you just sat around kegeling. If you have been doing PE then it is possible that your LOT has changed due to that, Stretching or hanging and jelquing can also change your LOT over time.
By the way the LOT theory has been dismissed by many in the PE community while many others believe the theory. I for one believe it can be used to find the angles of hang which will benefit you as you progress. Are you sure that if 1000 men did as you have there results would be the same or have you just deemed yourself an expert on PE sisnce you kegeled for a couple monthsGoing an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
