    Hey all, I'm just throwing this out there (hur, hur) on the offchance anyone can help me out...but anyway:

    is there a known food, vitamin, mineral or other supplement, or some combination of these, that can help make semen either whiter (i.e. more opaque) or thicker? Thing is, I have no complaints at all about either volume or, uh, 'muzzle velocity', but the only times my semen is even white-ish is when I come for the first time in a few days. It's also generally (though not always) quite runny. Now I know from seeing plenty of porn - totally amateur stuff as well as commercial - that most guys' semen is generally a bit thicker and whiter than mine.

    So yeah, any hints in this direction would be appreciated. Don't get me wrong, sex is great just as it is, and my girlfriend loves how much there is - it's a purely aesthetic thing. Thanks in advance!

    I heard l-lysine and zinc are good for producting more/thicker semen. And of course ejaculating less makes semen less watery. Warm/hot baths or showers is supposed to be bad for sperm production

      Thanks, I'll try the l-lysine. I already take zinc, which helps slightly with volume (I think).

        yea take all your vitamins and get on a healthly diet lots of protein and excercise lift weights build testosterone.I heard celery is good to i ate some before i got a blowjob last week and she was like holy shit you cummed all over me

          As someone already said, Celery and Zinc, but drinking plenty of water and having strong kegel muscles is also very important.

          Other supplements that may help:
          Bioperine
          Saw Palmetto
          Peruvian Maca
          Ashwagandha
          Amino Acids
          Lecithin
          Swedish Flower Pollen
          Dong Quai
          Cotton Root
          Fenugreek

          You wont need all of those. For starters I would try a combination of Bioperine, Zinc and Peruvian Maca - and obviously celery and water.

            I was watching Rocky the other week and i started copying of him and drinking raw eggs (i always copy the films ) and the next day mine was incredibly white. So maybe drink a few egg whites and i'm sure it'll be nice and white in no time.

              I eat a pretty good diet as it and I recently decided to try the celery thing - not sure it affected colour or consistency but I think its effect on volume was pretty undeniable! On one occasion my girlfriend accused me of trying to drown her (she loved it really, haha).

              I can't say I'm a big fan of raw egg whites - do they have to be raw to have that effect? I can see why guys might think raw is better, just because it has a sort of jism-y consistency, but that doesn't really hold water scientifically.

              Oh, and I'm not sure I really want any more testosterone...I'm basically horny 24/7 and I only get to see my girlfriend at the weekends, and sometimes not every weekend, which drives both of us up the wall as she's pretty much the same as me in this regard.
